If I fly my UFO, shipping duration will be within seconds.

Since my UFO is broken, shipping will usually take between 1-3 Weeks to arrive!

It may take longer to arrive in certain countries.

Trip City is not responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost-charges vary around the world.


Refunds & Exchanges

If you need to make any amendments or cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. 

  • Defective Products
Gwazorpians are hardworking homo-aliens, and hence, we take pride in checking that our products are in tip-top shape before sending it to you homo-sapiens.
Sometimes, your items can get lost/damaged in their journey to you. If this occurs, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Just contact our support.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at info@tripcity.store with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
We have a warranty for all electronic items, and we solve all returns/refunds on a case-by-case basis!
  • Lost or Stolen Packages
Trip City is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Trip City will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

How long does it take to process orders before shipping?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch. 

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your product has been sent out.

Orders may be shipped to you individually in order to reach you at faster speeds!
